What a great start for your new blog!! I really like the splash of pink in #3 and the blurriness in #8. It feels very dreamy! #6...I think I'd try cropping it to give the swing more focus and saturate the green with a little more color. If you haven't used any editing programs yet, try out picasa and fotoflexer, they are both quite easy. Picasa includes photo archiving as well.
